I knew I wanted to quit smoking – yes we all know it is bad for you but getting your head around quitting was the hard part. It was the best thing meeting Laura – a chat on the phone, face to face meetings and follow up calls. There was nothing hard to do – it was about believing that I could do it and focussing on the discussions. I have only changed one thing since I quit smoking – replacing morning coffee with tea. Who knew it could be so ‘easy’ to quit and not even think about it – no cravings or anything – money back in my pocket. The best investment in my health I could have made. Would I recommend Laura – absolutely!
